Shipping policy

At Original Lymp Brush India, we understand how important it is to receive your products quickly and safely. We strive to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will likely be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We partner with India’s most reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery.

  • Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days.

  • Remote/North East Areas: 7 – 10 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. While we aim to meet these targets, actual delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier operational delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum purchase amount required.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID and link via Email and SMS.

  • You can use this link to track your package in real-time on the courier partner’s website.

5. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If you are unavailable, they will try to contact you.

  • If the package is undeliverable after attempts, it will be returned to us.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing, please record an unboxing video (mandatory for claims) and contact us immediately.

  • Timeframe: Within 48 hours of delivery.

We will verify the issue with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this moment
