At Original Lymphatic Brush India, we are committed to quality and efficiency. To maintain competitive pricing and operational standards, we enforce the following policy strictly. Please review carefully before purchasing.

1. Standard Return Eligibility (14-Day Window)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: Items must be 100% new, unused, and fully sealed in original packaging (including all wraps and tags).

  • Hygiene Protocol: Due to strict health standards, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, handled, or used. If the seal is broken, the return is void.

  • All returns are accepted strictly subject to our internal team's review and approval.

2. Items & Situations NOT Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following cases:

  • Usage Difficulty / "Missing Logic": Returns are not accepted based on a lack of understanding of how to use the product or personal difficulty with the technique. We provide guides to assist you; however, inability to operate the tool does not constitute a defect.

  • Cosmetic Variations (Color & Logo): Due to manufacturing batches, products may occasionally vary in color or arrive without a printed logo. These are purely cosmetic variations that do not impact the tool's quality or functionality. Returns are not accepted for missing logos or color differences.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Changes of mind or selection errors by the customer are not covered.

3. 30-Day "Results" Money-Back Guarantee

We believe in our product’s effectiveness. If you do not see visible results after consistent use, you may be eligible for a refund under these strict conditions:

  • Duration: You must use the product consistently for 30 days. Claims cannot be made before this period ends.

  • Proof of Usage: You must submit timestamped "Before" and "After" photos demonstrating no visible improvement.

  • Approval: Refunds under this guarantee are subject to team review and approval based on the evidence provided.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Evidence: We strictly require an unedited unboxing video and high-quality photos of the damage/shipping box.

  • No Video, No Claim: Claims without video verification will be automatically rejected.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Authorization Required: Do not return items without prior approval. Email support@originallymphaticbrush.shop within the eligible window.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Deductions: A standard processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling, quality control, and logistics.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets all eligibility criteria (sealed, unused), we will process your refund.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7–15 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method.

7. Fair Use & Brand Integrity Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding malicious conduct and defamation.

  • Negative Publicity: Any attempt to spread false or malicious negative publicity against the company to leverage a refund will result in the immediate termination of your return/refund request.

  • Blacklisting: Customers found in violation of this policy will be permanently blacklisted from our store and reported to shared e-commerce fraud/blacklist databases to prevent future purchases across platforms.

  • Our team reserves the full right to reject any return or refund request if we determine that it does not align with our policy criteria. All decisions made by our team regarding eligibility are final.
